what do i book?.
It can be quite overwhelming when you see a list of services on a menu and know what to book. Lets break it down…
highlights & balayage.
Highlighting or Balayage is how we’re able to lift your natural hair to a lighter colour. When we do this, it lightens however, when we do, it exposes natural warmth that lives within the hair so to manage this, we use Gloss’ (or toners) to counteract any unwanted tones.
root stretch & glossing
Root Shadow: When we lighten your hair, the area closest to the roots can sometimes leave a harsh line where the lightener has been applied. A root stretch is a technique where we apply a slightly deeper colour(usually close to your natural shade) to soften and blend that line into your newly lightened blonde.
The result is a seamless, natural-looking transition between your natural colour and your blonde, creating a softer, more effortless grow-out.
Think of it like blending eyeshadow: instead of a harsh line between dark and light shades, everything melts together beautifully. A root stretch does the same thing for your hair!
Gloss: A gloss (also known as a toner) is a semi-permanent colour that is applied after lightening your hair to perfect the final result. Its job is to enhance or adjust the tone by neutralising any unwanted warmth or adding your desired shade, whether that's icy, creamy, beige, or golden.
A gloss also adds incredible shine, helps smooth the hair, and leaves your colour looking fresh and polished. Because it's semi-permanent, it will gradually fade over time, which is why regular gloss appointments are recommended to keep your colour looking its best between lightening services.

what is a tint?
A tint is a permanent hair colour that is most commonly used to cover grey hair or create an all-over colour, such as copper.
While there are other colouring techniques that can achieve similar results, a permanent tint is the most common and effective option for around 90% of clients going copper or looking to cover their grey’s.
what are tip outs?
A Tip-Out is an add-on blonding service where lightener is applied to the ends of your hair. By doing this, we can add a lot of brightness towards the tips of your hair creating a seamless ombre effort.
what are lowlights?
what are lowlights?
Feeling a little too blonde? Maybe you've been having a scalp bleach and are ready for something a little softer and lower maintenance.
Lowlights are the perfect way to add depth and dimension back into your hair. We place foils between your existing blonde sections, weaving in tones that are closer to your natural colour. This creates beautiful pockets of depth throughout the hair, breaking up solid blonde while maintaining brightness.
The result is a softer, more dimensional blonde that grows out more naturally and is easier to maintain.
